Strawberry Crunch Cake

This delicious Strawberry Crumb Cake is like no other.   This recipe is a delicious cake with a crunch coating nestled between the layers of strawberry cake with vanilla buttercream frosting and covered with a strawberry crunch on top of the cake. The strawberry crunch topping tastes like the crunch ice cream bars you had when you were a child. This cake is definitly one of my favorites and one of my top sellers.

Pineapple Upside Down Cake

This 10" Pineapple Upside Down Cake recipe is from one of my sister-in-laws who passed over 5 years ago.  This cake is soft and buttery with caramelized brown sugar, pineapples & a maraschino cherry on top. Its juices seep down into the cake, adding even more luscious flavor and texture. This is a family favorite and perfect any time of year.
